Exchange and return policy

The exchange and return policy applies in the event that the customer receives Metro Store products, and exchange and return requests are subject to the following controls:

* The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the packaging and packaging of the products are not damaged, or any of the product accessories are lost, and that the other conditions stipulated in this policy are met.

(1) The store accepts the return or exchange of products according to the customer’s desire if the following conditions are met: The customer has not used the products or obtained any benefit from them. The products have not been damaged or have any defects after receiving them from the shipping company. The packaging and wrapping of the products have not been damaged, or any of the product accessories have been lost.

In the event that the products are manufactured, modified or equipped according to specifications determined by the customer and implemented on that basis, they cannot be returned unless they do not conform to the required specifications or have manufacturing defects. (2) The store accepts the return or exchange of products for reasons attributable to the products in the following cases:

Products do not conform to the specifications announced in the store. Products are received defective or with a malfunction due to the product, and not due to the customer’s poor possession of the product, which cannot be fully maintained.

(3) Products from Metro Store cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

Submit a return or exchange request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Use, installation, or damage to the products, or if the products are not in the condition in which the customer received them. Products without the original labels, accessories, and packaging, or missing any of their accessories. Products that were installed at the customer’s site and cannot be returned to their original condition before sale.

(4) If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the store will examine the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the store will bear the shipping, return and exchange costs.

(5) If the return or exchange is due to a reason attributable to the customer and not a defect in the product, the customer shall bear all costs of returning, shipping and exchanging the product.

1 If it is proven that there is no manufacturing defect in the product, Metro Store has the right to reject the product return request. If the customer refuses to receive it, ownership of the product returns to Metro Store after 15 days from the date of the customer’s refusal. 2 If the product replacement request is accepted, and the customer refuses to receive the replaced products, ownership of the products returns to Metro Store after 15 days from the date of the customer’s refusal.

(6) In the event that the return request is accepted, the store will refund the price of the product to the customer within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the return request.

(7) In the event that the replacement request is accepted, the price difference between the replaced product and the new product that was chosen will be taken into consideration. If the price of the new product that was chosen is less than the price of the replaced product, the store will refund the price difference within 7 working days. However, if the new product that was chosen is higher in price than the replaced product, the customer must in this case pay the price difference to the store using the approved payment methods.
