• If you choose a visa, do the following:

1- Write the name written on the Visa card.

2- Write the card number.

3- Enter the three-digit CVC.

4- Write the card expiration date (month and year).

5- Write any notes if any.

6- Click on complete payment.

• If you choose bank transfer, you will have two options:

The first method:

Payment confirmation (1):

1- Transfer the amount to our bank accounts (Al Rajhi or Al Jazira).

2- Take a copy of the transfer receipt.

3- Upload a photo of the receipt in the “Please attach a photo of the receipt” box.

4- Write the name of the account holder from which the transfer was made.

5- Write any notes if any.

6- Click on complete payment.

The second method:

A payment confirmation link has been sent in a text message to your registered phone number. Follow the steps below.

1- Transfer the amount to our bank accounts (Al Rajhi or Al Jazira).

2- Take a copy of the transfer receipt.

3- Upload a photo of the receipt in the “Please attach a photo of the receipt” box.

4- Write the name of the account holder from which the transfer was made.

5- Write any notes if any.

6- Click on complete payment.

You can know your orders awaiting payment through your account in the online store and click on (orders awaiting payment). You will see a timer written on it that the payment deadline will end after.... Pay before the specified time ends to avoid canceling the order.
